Experience and Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / IS / Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills with presentation and interpersonal skills is a must.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience required preferably in a BA, PM, or Technical Delivery role.
- Willingness to work under own initiative while managing time efficiently.
- Experience in agile project management & estimation techniques.
- Hands-on experience in JIRA.
- Negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and modern software development methodologies.
- Experience in managing cloud-based projects (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and associated delivery risks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment planning in collaboration with development and operations teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical topics into business-relevant terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional qualifications in CIMA / CIM would be an added advantage.
- A master’s degree would be an added advantage.
- PMI with ACP certification will be an added advantage.

- Acting as the main communication interface for multiple stakeholders from the client end and development teams.
- Effectively manage client relationships to maintain long-term business partnerships.
- Coordinating multiple projects internally and externally.
- Get actively involved in refining the client requirement and effective documentation of the same.
- To analyze business problems and advise clients on alternative solutions.
- Interactive participation throughout the System Development Life Cycle to ensure timely and accurate delivery of requirements.
- Working closely with top management, tech leads a team of developers and quality assurance engineers to effectively manage the requirement-engineering process of the projects.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and other managerial aspects of project.
- Sets up and manages project execution functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communications.
- Ensures project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed.
- Provides clear and concise project communication, both written and verbal.
- Share responsibilities and accountability with the team by allocating tasks and managing productivity.
- Preparation of proposals promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure technical readiness and environment alignment. - Identify delivery blockers early and work with engineering to resolve them.
- Maintain strong oversight of release planning, defect triaging, and integration timelines.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, information security, and audit requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes.
