We are looking for a talented and experienced Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and maintain business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role focuses on creating scalable and user-friendly solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate, integrated with Microsoft 365 tools and external systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of low-code/no-code principles and business process automation.

Experience and Responsibilities:

Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flows).
Integrate apps with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services.
Connect to external data sources using custom connectors and REST APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional applications.
Ensure app scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to security standards.
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation for developed solutions.
Offer training and handover support to end-users when needed.

Skills and Personal Characteristics:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience with Power Apps development (Canvas and/or Model-driven).
Proficiency in building automated workflows using Power Automate.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integration, especially with SharePoint and Teams.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, JSON, and API integrations.
Solid grasp of app design, UI/UX best practices, and responsive development.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript, PowerShell, or HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with Power Platform governance, environment management, and security controls.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400) are advantageous but not mandatory.
