Senior Executive - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Events

Qualifications and Experience

• Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with organizational values and objectives
• Coordinate and execute CSR initiatives, including community outreach programs
• Manage coordination and logistics for corporate events, from planning to execution
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for CSR partnerships and events
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR programs, preparing reports on outcomes
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all CSR and event activities

Skills and Personal Characteristics

• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Knowledge of social impact measurement methodologies
• Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and proactiveness
• Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Having photography skills would be an added advantage
