We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead Java for one of our key clients. The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently bridge the gap between business and technology—able to grasp complex business requirements, convert them into technical solutions, and effectively communicate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical designs and Java-based solutions.
- Lead the engineering team in delivering enterprise-grade features and applications.
- Guide the design and implementation of scalable, secure backend solutions using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices).
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and executives to define and close scopes efficiently.
- Leverage data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar, integrating them with backend systems to provide actionable insights.
- Work with relational and analytical databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure with IaC tools (Terraform).
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
- Work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
- Provide mentorship, drive best practices, and foster a culture of quality, agility, and ownership.
What We Expect:
- 10+ years of experience designing and developing scalable backend services with deep Java expertise.
- Proven track record in enterprise-level web application development and delivery.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Cloud Build, etc.).
- Solid experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Strong knowledge of web and cloud security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Nice To Have:
- Experience with other backend languages (Node.js, Golang, Python, .NET).
- Exposure to event-driven systems and messaging frameworks.
