We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead delivery for a client engagement in the digital media and marketing technology domain. The role will ensure successful project execution across data-driven media solutions, analytics, and consulting initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating delivery teams, aligning with client stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main communication interface for multiple stakeholders from the client and development teams.
- Effectively manage client relationships to maintain long-term business partnerships.
- Coordinate multiple projects internally and externally.
- Refine client requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
- Analyze business problems and advise clients on alternative solutions.
- Participate actively throughout the SDLC to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Work closely with management, tech leads, developers, and QA engineers to manage requirements effectively.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and other managerial aspects of projects.
- Set up and manage project execution functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management, and internal communications.
- Ensure project methodologies, delivery processes, and implementation management practices are followed.
- Provide clear and concise project communication (written and verbal).
- Share responsibilities and accountability with the team by allocating tasks and managing productivity.
- Prepare proposals promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure technical readiness and environment alignment.
- Identify delivery blockers early and work with engineering to resolve them.
- Maintain strong oversight of release planning, defect triaging, and integration timelines.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, information security, and audit requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes.
What We Expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / IS / Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a BA, PM, or Technical Delivery role.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and modern software development methodologies.
- Experience in agile project management & estimation techniques.
- Hands-on experience in JIRA.
- Negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience managing cloud-based projects (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and associated delivery risks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment planning with development/operations teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into business-relevant terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work under own initiative while managing time efficiently.

- Professional qualifications in CIMA / CIM.
- Master’s degree.
- PMI with ACP certification.
