We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead delivery for a client engagement in the digital media and marketing technology domain. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth project execution across media solutions, analytics initiatives, and consulting engagements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary communication interface between the client and internal delivery teams.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnership growth.
Understand client business needs and ensure they are accurately captured, refined, and documented.
Communicate project updates clearly and regularly through written and verbal channels.
Project Coordination & Delivery
Manage and coordinate multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
Lead project planning, tracking, reporting, scheduling, and monitoring activities.
Participate throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Work closely with management, team leads, developers, QA engineers, and other internal teams to ensure alignment.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation.
Maintain effective internal communication to ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.
Process Governance & Execution
Ensure project delivery processes, methodologies, and implementation practices are followed consistently.
Support requirement management, change management, and scope control across engagements.
Identify risks and delivery blockers early; work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain oversight of release planning, issue escalation, and coordination with relevant cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with organisational standards, information security requirements, and audit guidelines.
Continuous Improvement & Leadership
Drive process improvements across project delivery and team practices.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support proposal preparation and contribute to business development activities when required.
What We Expect:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Management, Engineering, or an equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Project Management, Business Analysis, or Delivery Management role.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Solid understanding of SDLC and general project management methodologies (agile and/or hybrid).
Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA, or similar.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to translate requirements into actionable plans.
Ability to negotiate timelines, manage expectations, and maintain alignment across teams.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.
Familiarity with cloud-based project environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
